Finding a deal on a property involves looking for it and negotiating it. A buyer is then found who has either requested such a property deal or who may be interested when approached, and this is then sold to them. Finding a good location for the property to be purchased in the first place requires looking at current market prices, nearby amenities, potential regeneration opportunities, and the neighborhood in general.
